The big buzzword surrounding men and men’s ministry in evangelical churches is “Biblical Manhood”. This concept is relationship to issues of male headship and Christian masculinity. As a former constituent of both fundamentalism and complementarianism, I think it is important to explore how these ideas and how they relate to the challenge to be imitators of the crucified Christ.
